  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST may be processed on the next business day.
  • During peak periods, promotions, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly extended.

2. Shipping Locations

Domestic Shipping (India)

We currently ship to most locations across India.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to select countries. Availability, shipping rates, and delivery timelines may vary based on destination and local regulations.

If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing an order.


3. Shipping Charges

  • India:
    Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • International Orders:
    Shipping charges are calculated based on destination, package weight, and courier partner and will be shown at checkout.

Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or clearance charges for international shipments are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.


4. Estimated Delivery Time

India

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch

International

  • Estimated Delivery: 7–15 business days after dispatch
    (Timelines may vary depending on customs clearance and destination country.)

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, customs procedures, or other factors beyond our control.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS with tracking details.
  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.

6. Delivery Partners

We work with reliable third-party courier and logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. Courier selection may vary depending on location and order size.


7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that:

  • Shipping address
  • Contact number
  • Email ID

are entered correctly at checkout.

Sweat Eraze / Arham Corporation is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.


8. Undelivered or Returned Shipments

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Refusal to accept delivery
  • Non-payment of customs duties (international orders)

The customer may be responsible for re-shipping charges. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting shipping and handling costs.


9. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Leaking
  • Incorrect
  • With missing items

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos/videos of the package and product

Claims raised after this period may not be eligible for resolution.


10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, government restrictions, customs delays, or courier service disruptions.
