At Sweat Eraze, we prioritize hygiene, safety, and customer satisfaction. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, or refunds are accepted.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the personal care and hygiene nature of our antiperspirant wipes, we follow strict quality and safety standards.
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- You received a damaged product
- You received a defective product
- You received an incorrect product
❌ Returns are NOT accepted for:
- Opened or used products
- Products with broken seals
- Change of mind or dissatisfaction after use
- Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
2. Return Request Timeline
- Return or replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Requests raised after this period will not be eligible
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return or replacement, please contact us with the following details:

Please include:
- Order ID
- Clear images or video of the damaged/incorrect product
- Outer packaging and shipping label (mandatory)
Our team will review the request and respond within 2–3 business days.
4. Return Approval & Pickup
- If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup where serviceable
- In non-serviceable locations, you may be asked to self-ship the product (shipping cost reimbursed upon approval)
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
5. Refunds
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
- Processing time:
- Razorpay / Online Payments: 5–7 business days after approval
- UPI / Cards / Net Banking: As per bank timelines
6. Replacements
- In case of damage or incorrect items, a free replacement will be shipped
- Replacement delivery timelines depend on your location and stock availability
7. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
- Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted
8. International Orders
- Returns or refunds on international orders are handled on a case-by-case basis
- Customs duties, taxes, and shipping charges are non-refundable
- Sweat Eraze is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance
9. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Opened personal care products
- Trial packs or promotional items
- Products purchased during clearance or special sales (unless damaged)
